Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret when men succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes....For evil men will be cut off, but those who hope in the Lord will inherit the land. ~Psalm 37:7,9
Be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other's faults because of your love. ~Ephesians 4:2
I waited patiently for the Lord, and He inclined to me, and heard my cry. ~Psalm 40:1
Knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance....And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and completer, lacking in nothing. ~James 1:3-4
That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.
This calls for patient endurance on the part of the saints who obey God's commandments and remain faithful to Jesus. ~Revelations 14:12
Be glad for all God is planning for you. Be patient in trouble, and always be prayerful.
The end of a thing is better than its beginning; The patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit.
