When I was a child, I spoke and thought and reasoned as a child does. But when I grew up, I put away childish things.   ~1 Corinthians 13:11

Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.   ~James 1:2-4

But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  ~2 Peter 3:18

Therefore let us leave the elementary teachings about Christ and go on to maturity....
