Hello beloveds,
Sending out much love and blessings in Jesus Name to you all. Let's get busy and lets get serious again with another hot topic - self-control. The scriptures are below. ;-) Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers,, will inherit the kingdom of God. Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lords Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God. ~1 Corinthians 6:9-11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. ~Titus 2:11-14 For you have been called for this purpose, since Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example for you to follow in His steps, Who committed no sin, nor was any deceit found in His mouth; and while being reviled, He did not revile in return; while suffering, He uttered no threats, but kept entrusting Himself to Him who judges righteously. ~1 Peter 2:21-23 Whoever has no rule over his own spirit is like a city broken down, without walls. ~Proverbs 25:28 But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, andd to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to perseverance godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. ~2 Peter 1:5-8 So dear brothers and sisters, you have no obligation whatsoever to do what your sinful nature urges you to do. For if you keep on following it, you will perish. But if through the power of the Holy Spirit you turn from it and its evil deeds you will live. ~Romans 8:12-13 Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. ~Philippians 4:5
Hello Beloveds,
Yes, be prepared for my purpose driven rant. Yes you heard that right, it's purpose driven because you are worth it! Tonight I talk about Purity. God bless you all, in Jesus Name, Amen. For all that is in the world - the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life - is not of the Father but is of the world. And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever. ~1 John 2:16-17 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts. ~Romans 13:14 Now concerning the things about which you wrote, it is good for a man not to touch a woman. But because of immoralities, each man is to have his own wife, and each woman is to have her own husband. ~1 Corinthians 7:1-2 Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take away the members of Christ and make them members of a prostitute? May it never be! Or do you not know that the one who joins himself to a prostitute is one body with her? For He says, "The two shall become one flesh." But the one who joins himself to the Lord is one spirit with Him. Flee immorality, Every other sin that a man commits is outside the body, but the immoral man sins against his own body. Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own? For you have been taught with a price: therefore glorify God in your body. ~1 Corinthians 6:15-20 Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God. But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God's holy people. ~Ephesians 5:1-3 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. ~Matthew 5:28 For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality; that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in passion of lust, like the Gentiles who do not know God; For God did not call us to uncleanness, but to holiness. ~1 Thessalonians 4:3-5,7 So I advise you to live according to your new life in the Holy Spirit, Then you won't be doing what your sinful nature craves. ~Galatians 5:16 The body is not meant for sexual immorality, but for the Lord, and the Lord for the body. ~1 Corinthians 6:13 Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. ~Philippians 4:8 "I have made a covenant with my eyes, why then should I look upon a young woman?" ~Job 31:1 Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry. Because of these things the wrath of God is coming upon the sons of disobedience. ~Colossians 3:5-6 Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. ~Galatians 5:24

Hello beloveds,
Today's devotional speaks a lot of what my life's relationship has been with God. It is loving Him and knowing Him intimately. It is holding on to his Promises. He is who I've held on to, through the stormiest of storms. It is He who I wait on as I patiently endure the testing. I truly have held on to this scripture. ~2 Thessalonians 3:5 May the Lord direct your hearts into God's love and Christ's perseverance. For it is all I ever knew what to do. Yes, my tears still fall but they fall for a new reason now. Now they fall for the marvelous love I share openly with Jesus. Enjoy the scripture's and this devotional about Perseverance . To those who by persistence in doing good seek glory, honor and immortality, he will give eternal life. ~Romans 2:7 Yet I am not ashamed, because I know whom I have believed, and am convinced that he is able to guard what I have entrusted to him for that day. What you heard from me, keep as the pattern of sound teaching, with faith and love in Christ Jesus. ~2 Timothy 1:12-13 Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, "If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed." ~John 8:31 Here is the perseverance of the saints who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus. ~Revelation 14:12 God blesses the people who patiently endure testing. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that god had promised to those who love him. ~James 1:12 You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. ~2 Timothy 2:3 Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance. It is the Lord Christ whom you serve. ~Colossians 3:23-24 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. ~Galatians 6:9 And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope. ~Romans 5:3-4 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. ~Hebrews 10:23 You therefore, beloved, since you know this beforehand, beware lest you also fall from your own steadfastness, being led away with the error of the wicked. ~2 Peter 3:17 For we have become partakers of Christ, if we hold fast the beginning of our assurance firm until the end. ~Hebrews 3:14 "I will invite everyone who is victorious to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat with my Father on his throne." ~Revelation 3:21 Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has mad us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage. ~Galatians 5:1 Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. ~Hebrews 12:1-2 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. ~Ephesians 6:13 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at the day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love is appearing. ~2 Timothy 4:7-8 Everyone who competes in the games exercises self-control in all things. They then do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we and imperishable. Therefore I run in such a way, as not without aim; I box in such a way, as not beating the air; but I discipline my body and make it my slave, so that, after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified. ~1 Corinthians 9:25-27

See what great love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. ~1 John 3:1
Hello Beloveds,
Wow, the week is almost up. May you all be blessed as you learn or shall I say, yearn for patience. ;-) Bless you all this evening, in Jesus Name - Amen. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other's faults because of your love. ~Ephesians 4:2 I waited patiently for the Lord, and He inclined to me, and heard my cry. ~Psalm 40:1 Knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance....And let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and completer, lacking in nothing. ~James 1:3-4 That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises. ~Hebrews 6:12 This calls for patient endurance on the part of the saints who obey God's commandments and remain faithful to Jesus. ~Revelations 14:12 Be glad for all God is planning for you. Be patient in trouble, and always be prayerful. ~Romans 12:12 The end of a thing is better than its beginning; The patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit. ~Ecclesiastes 7:8 THe discretion of a man makes him slow to anger, and his glory is to overlook a transgression. ~Proverbs 19:11 Those who control their anger have great understanding; those with a hasty temper will make mistakes. ~Proverbs 14:29 Now we exhort you, brethren, warn those who are unruly, comfort the fainthearted, uphold the weak, be patient with all. ~Thessalonians 5:14 Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. Hello Beloveds,
What a beautiful love God creates in all of us when we take the time to hear Him and come to obey Him. I'm telling you, in obedience there is rewards beyond anything you could ever imagine. I am a living testimony of His love. Here are the scriptures that surround this subject. Read and be filled of His Word. In the name of Jesus. If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. ~John 15:10 The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you. ~Philippians 4:9 Obey your leaders and submit to their authority. They keep watch over you as men who must give in account. Obey them so that their work will bee a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no advantage to you. ~Hebrews 13:17 "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord.' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter." ~Matthew 7:21 Samuel said, "Has the Lord as much delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as in obeying the voice of the Lord? Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to the heed than the fat of rams." ~1 Samuel 15:22 "If you consent and obey, you will eat the bet of the land." ~Isaiah 1:19 "If they hear and serve Him, they will end their days in prosperity and their years in pleasures." ~Job 36:11 And the person who keeps all of the laws except one is as guilty as the person who has broken all of God's laws. ~James 2:10 "The Lord your God will make you abound in all the work of your hand, in the fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your land for good. For the Lord will again rejoice over you for good as He rejoiced over your fathers, if you obey the voice of the Lord your God, to keep His commandments and His statutes which are written in this Book of the Law, and if you turn to the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul." ~Deuteronomy 30:9-10 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God and keep His commandments, for this is man's all. ~Ecclesiastes 12:13 All the paths of the Lord are mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies. ~Psalm 25:10 By this we know that we have come to know Him, if we keep His commandments. THe one who says, "I have come to know Him." and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him; but whoever keeps His word, in him the love of God has truly been perfected, By this we know that we are in Him: the one who says he abides in Him ought himself to walk in the same manner as He walked. ~1 John 2:3-6 Oh, that they had such a heart in them that they would fear Me and always keep all My commandments, that it might be well with them and with their children forever! ~Deuteronomy 5:29 My son, do not forget my teaching, but keep my commands in your heart, for they will prolong your life many years and bring you prosperity. ~Proverbs 3:1-2 For not the hearers of the law are just in the sight of God, but the doers of the law will be justified. ~Romans 2:13 And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever. ~1 John 2:17 And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to live in obedience to him. Let your roots grow down into him and draw up nourishment from him, so you will grow in faith, strong and vigorous in the truth you were taught. Let your lives overflow with thanksgiving for all he has done. ~Colossians 2:6-7 Submit yourselves for the Lord's sake to every human institution, whether to a king as the one in authority, or to governors as sent by him for the punishment of evildoers and the praise of those who do right. ~1 Peter 2:13-14 But prove yourselves doers of the wod, and not merely hearers who delude themselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks at his natural face in a mirror; for once he has a looked at himself and gone away, he has immediately forgotten what kind of person he was. But one who looks intently at the perfect law, the law of liberty, and abides by it, not having become a forgetful hearer but an effectual doer, this man will be blessed in what he does. ~James 1:22-25 "Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them." ~John 13:17 But He said, "More than that, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it! ~Luke 11:28 In that I command thee this day to love the Lord they God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the Lord thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it. ~Deuteronomy 30:16
